Meals in the main restaurant are served at the following times: Breakfast: 07:00–09:30 Late breakfast: 09:30–10:00 Lunch: 12:30–14:00 Dinner: 19:00–21:00 Night soup: 23:00–00:00 The Snack Bar is also open from 11:30–16:30 and Coffee Break is served from 17:00–18:00.

Standard hot and cold drinks, beer and selected local alcoholic beverages are complimentary within the concept until 00:00. Imported beverages, special cocktails, freshly squeezed juices, energy drinks and bean-to-cup coffee are charged. Please ask our bar team for the current selection and prices before ordering.

Vegan and vegetarian choices are available in our restaurant and can be identified by the information labels on the buffet. Please inform the hotel team in advance if you require gluten-free meals or have a food allergy or special dietary need.

Wi-Fi in the lobby is complimentary. Internet access in the rooms is charged and packages can be obtained from reception. Each internet code may be used on one device only.

Our pools are available from 08:00–18:30. The aquapark operates from 10:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:00. The main pool is 1.40 metres deep and lifeguards are on duty from 09:00–18:00.

Towels, sun loungers and parasols at the pool and beach are complimentary. Towels can be collected with the towel card provided at reception and may be exchanged every three days.

Mini Club welcomes children aged 3–12 from 10:00–12:00 and 15:00–17:00. The children’s playground can be used throughout the day. Parental supervision in play areas is important for children’s safety.

The fitness centre is complimentary and open from 08:00–20:00. Guests under 12 may only use it when accompanied by a parent. The SPA centre is open from 09:00–20:00. Massage, Turkish bath, sauna, steam room, skincare and therapy services are charged.

Baby cots are available at the hotel. You may share your request before your stay or with reception on arrival. High chairs are available in the main restaurant and can be requested from the restaurant team.

Grand Uysal Beach & Spa Hotel is approximately 4 kilometres from Alanya city centre. The journey takes around 10–15 minutes by car or 25–30 minutes by public transport. Bus routes 2B, 202, 101 and 1 pass near the hotel.

Airport transfer is available for an additional fee. Please send us your date, time, number of guests, airport and flight details in advance.

Payments can be made in different currencies, including euros. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Please ask reception for current exchange rates and payment terms.
